We wish to inform you, in accordance with art13 of the EU Regulation 679/2016, that your personal data in our possession or that you give us for business relationships related to the submission of offers or the conclusion of sales contracts, are subject to computer and manual processing by us as defined by art4 of the same law, according to the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency for the following purposes:

Your possible refusal to provide the data, in the cases in which the conferment is compulsory, has as a consequence the impossibility for the company AUTOMA 2000 S.R.L. to fulfill those legal obligations related as to civil, fiscal and accounting regulations and to its contractual obligations and, consequently, to continue the business relationship with your company.
